Prior to coming to your appointment, please verify with our office and/or your insurance carrier whether Dr. Richards or Dr. Betteridge are on your plan's provider panel.
Please bring the following items to your appointment:
1) insurance card
2) copayment (we accept VISA and Mastercard, checks, and cash)
3) loose fitting clothing for examination
4) previous xrays, MRI's, other tests or information from your doctor if applicable
5) other forms (physical exam forms, workers comp forms, etc) if applicable

We will still offer the same great care as a full service medical practice specializing in the care of active people of all ages and abilities.
We at Sports Medicine Specialists, LLC believe there is an athlete in all of us. If you are active, or simply want to become active, we offer services to help you. We serve athletes of all ages and abilities—from kids to grandparents, from professionals to weekend warriors, from school and community teams to individuals just trying to start exercising. We also have special training to deal with issues specific to female, elderly, very young, and disabled athletes.
